2015.12.09 Between 9:00 and 11:00 the ARGOS swing arm interlock to Telescope and Prime Focus Camera (PFC) have been re-enabled by Bruce.

John and Wolfgang did following tests after re-enabling:

Start situation:
DX PFC was deployed. Try to move DX ARGOS swing arm -> not possible
SX PFC was deployed. Try to move SX ARGOS swing arm -> not possible

Next action:
SX PFC was retracted. Try to move SX ARGOS swing arm -> possible
SX ARGOS swing arm moving. Try to move SX PFC -> not possible
SX ARGOS swing arm deployed. Try to move SX PFC -> not possible

DX PFC was retracted. Try to move DX ARGOS swing arm -> possible
DX ARGOS swing arm moving. Try to move SX PFC -> not possible
DX ARGOS swing arm deployed. Try to move SX PFC -> not possible

We conclude that the interlock is safely re-established.
