TCP Port Assignment Convention

The TCP port of each services depends on the telescope side it will run at.
  1. DX: service has to use an odd port (1, 3, 5, ...)
  2. SX: servce must use an even port (0, 2, 4, ...)
This convention is similar to the assignment of IP addresses where DX devices gets an odd IP address and SX devices gets an even IP address.
