  Second version of Non-sidereal tracking.

  First version of Non-sidereal tracking.

• Oct 6, 2011 BP12
  Failed release due to critical bug. Replaced with BP13.

• May 15, 2011 BP11
  Binocular operations with functionality of better configuration file and binary configuration control.

• Mar 13, 2011 AO6
  This release is based on AO5 and parts of BP9. It has upgrades for the new DD names and Telemetry version 13

• Mar 13, 2011 BP10
  Content Changes: This release is an extension of BP9 with bug fixes and improvements to many of the TCS subsystems. It supports Telemetry version 13.

• Feb 4, 2011 BP9
  Content Changes: This release is an extension of BP8 with bug fixes and improvements to many of the TCS subsystems. Exact changes TBD.

• January 20, 2011 BP8
  Content Changes: This release is an extension of BP7 with bug fixes and improvements to many of the TCS subsystems. The bulk of the changes are for binocular operations as it relates to the PCS, IIF, PSF, and GCS. Regarding Binocular Operations this is the second serious attempt to properly control mount pointing, locking/unlocking in the pointing kernel, and guiding using tip/tilt.
