Restarting TCS, filling shared memory with 0's

To restart TCS with zeroed shared memory (useful to fix issues when something in shared memory is wrongly set), do the following:

  • stop all subsystems (from TCSGUI)
  • stop all network servers (from TCSGUI)
  • run on tcs1 and tcs2:
    • netconfig -Z
    • rpcconfg -Z
  • start all network servers (from TCSGUI)
  • start all subsystems (from TCSGUI)

You don't need to restart GUIs.
