MCSPU (Mount Control System, Processing Unit)

MCSPU is the system running the mount (and associated hardware). It controls axis controllers (sending requested polynomials, reading back encoder values) and TPLC (commanding optics structure to move). It runs on a jet machine (located at telescope doghouse).

Runs on the jet machine. Mountain has a cold spare (they will need to change hardware connections if they need to swap the machines). Is controlled primarily by TCS. Engineering interface is provided with ./mcsDisplay/mcsDisplay (help for help file, stop to exit). Logs are stored in mcspuLogs (jet machine).
