Update Pointing Reference test for LUCI

Observations testing the UpdatePointingReference functionality in TCS Michele confirmed that the "absorb" buttons on the PCS GUI execute the updates, so the OSA can do the update (absorb) manually.

There are nine sub-tests that need to be done to demonstrate complete functionality of the UpdatePointingReference command:

                        1) REL Offset(s) in this coord system:
                        RADEC           DETXY           BOTH

2) Absorb       RADEC   I               II              III

3) Test: execute a dither pattern using ABS offsets in either of the two 
coordinate systems (RADEC or DETXY) and note the results.  The expectations:

Test sequence for each block
  • Manual preset to BS91XX star, use a PA not at one of the cardinal directions (0,90,180,270) to differentiate between an RADEC and DETXY dice5 pattern. PA=20 would be OK.
  • Execute off_RD_rel and/or off_XY_rel as needed (see details below)
  • Ask OSA to "absorb" one or both as needed for test (see details below)
  • Execute dice5_RD and/or dice5_XY as needed (see details below)
  • Scripts reside in ~/LBTO/SciencePrep/zeroBase

Tests I, II, III show that RADEC absorbs only affect RADEC offsets
