Delaying opening until sky approx dark enough to run DOFPIA to maximize
the initial temperature (of course this did not work, see below)

Not sure what happened, the 20h60d OB was taking focus frames but in the
OBGUI it looked to me like it was set to take CCD2 data correctly. Changed

- DOFPIA's estimate of the seeing in blue is clearly high.
