07:00 Old collimation models in place. Steve gave -1.0mm Z global offset to both sides.

07:00 Slew to ACT0293. 9C = T ambient. The estimated seeing is 1.5, 1.7 on B, R. Pupils picked up on first images, but coma is large.

07:14 Elevation 80 degrees: 071432, 071434. run lbcrangebal. Confirm. OK. Elevation 80 deg. Total z ~ -0.6, -0.8

07:19 Elevation 47 degrees: Slew to ACT0170 and observe. 072336, 072339 R, B. Collimate/focus. ACT170 again: 073308, 073313 R,B
lbcrangebal. Observe again. Total z ~ 0.8. 074355 B and 074352 R.

07:40 Slew to a mid elevation. ACT0242. 075149 B and 07075145 R. Collimate/focus. ACT0242 again. 080014 B and 080011 R. Ran lbcrangebal on these. Total collimation z ~ -0.018 and -0.157 for B and R. At T ambient = 9 C, the hub position is good.

08:00 Slew to 1h30_45d field to test focus and guiding. Blue converged on first iteration. Red has a large focus offset.

At first dither position: No Blue correction, but Red correction made.
At second dither: 082326/082321...Blue correction and Red corrections made.

08:48 Running dofpia on field again. But seeing has really blown up and is now about 2. dofpia converged on first iteration on Red and not quite on Blue.

08:57 Whoa! As we approach meridian, the telescope is deciding to unwrap. Stopping OB. Steve says that he has seen this in the last nights, when crossing AZ=0/360.

09:11 Telescope unwrapped and slewed to track again. dofpia again. Estimated seeing very poor: 1.8-2". Repeat 1h30_45d OB. On Red, the horizontal and vertical striping is for the most part gone, though there is a hint of horizontal striping on, e.g., 091110, there is still some horizontal striping.

09:20 Now seeing is much improved. 1-0.8". Pupil in series of blue tec images between 09:27 and 09:30 is detected and used for correction.

09:45 OB Finished. Run dofpia again to see whether telescope is collimated still ...
Red has Z4=394 and Z22=-100 (seeing so poor at start that no sph computed) Blue has Z4=945 and Z22=-100.

Converged almost in 3 iterations - had to remove sph.
