LUCIFER Science Demonstration Time: UT 2009 December 07

Observer: D. Thompson, J. Heidt, I. McGreer (all@LBT)
Telescope Operator: A. Ceranski
Support: N. Ageorges, W. Seifert (Lucifer team)

Fog, clouds, high humidity and strong winds all night, not opened

Observing plan

Since its cloudy at beginning of night, not clear if and when we can open => No detailed observing plan made.

If it clears up and observing conditions are good, we'll start with imaging of A+ targets, otherwise select targets which do not require excellent conditions.

Sunset: Mostly cloudy, strong winds ~ 20 m/s, RH = 85%, T = -7deg, not opened => no flats

0400: Foggy, T = -6deg, RH = 100%, Wind ~ 15 m/s
0800: Foggy, T = -7deg, RH = 100%, Wind ~ 15 m/s
1200: Foggy/Clouds, T=-7deg, RH=100%, Wind ~17m/s
