LUCIFER Science Demonstration Time: UT 2009 December 06

Observer: D. Thompson, J. Heidt, I. McGreer (all@LBT)
Telescope Operator: A. Ceranski
Support: N. Ageorges, W. Seifert (Lucifer team)

Either clouds, strong winds or high humidity (or a combination thereof) throughout the night => no data taken.

Note that the data mentioned in the Prio A+B target lists, have been taken the night before (was a test night)

Observing plan

Since its cloudy at beginning of night, not clear if and when we can open => No detailed observing plan made.

If it clears up and observng conditions are good, we'll start with imaging of A+ targets, otherwise select targets which do not require excellent conditions.

Sunset: Mostly cloudy, high winds (> 15 m/s), RH = 20%, T = -5deg, not opened => no flats

03:00 Mostly clear, but strong wind (close to 20m/s)
09:30 Clear, T = -10deg, RH = 90%, Wind ~ 20 m/s
11:00 Clear, T = -10deg, RH = 75%, Wind ~ 20m/s
12:30 Clear, T = -9deg, RH = 60%, Wind ~ 20 m/s
