The observation is smooth tonight. The sky was clear after the observation began. Some of trailed images (due to the guide star is galaxy or telescope jump). Seeing is 0.6"-1.6". 3 EGS fields, 5 Bootes fields and 4 Herc fields were taken.

01:53 There are some thin cloud in the sky. And RPC connection problem happened again.

02:27 The amount of cloud become more, and the LBC is OK now. We take Sky flat Y_Us, Y_U and B_r and 25 bias. Met RPC connection problem again, solved by using lbckill.sh and lbcstart.sh .

04:18 After struggling with the focus, we are moving to the science field EGS_2a. Estimated seeing is 1.0". The first image: the U band seeing is 1.3" and Y band seeing is 1.1" but the star in the Y band image does not look round, the focus may not be good enough; The second image: The U band seeing is 1.1" and Y band seeing is 0.8" at the edge and 0.9" at the center; The third image: The U band seeing is 1.0" and Y band seeing is 0.7" at the edge and 0.8" at the center. We adjust the focus Z4 -500 for red channel; The fourth image: The guiding star is not good (maybe a galaxy), and the image is trailed (lbcb.20080531.043516.fits and lbcr.20080531.043511.fits); The fifth image: The U band seeing is 0.9" and Y band seeing is 0.7"

0830 Moving to Herc_6. Estimated seeing is 0.7". The first image: the B band seeing is 1.2" and r band seeing is 0.9", the B band image is a little elongated. The second image: the B band seeing is 1.2" and r band seeing is 0.9", the B band star shape looks good. The third image: the B band seeing is 1.4" and r band seeing is 1.0", the B band image is a little elongated.
