Sky is clear, but the outside air is very cold (-12 C).

Large temperature differnce between the mirror and outside air.

Waiting for the difference to be < 10 C.

07:00 Opened the dome and started telescope collimation

- Outside temp = -11.3 C, Mirror temp = -3.3 C → 8 C temperature difference!

- Difficult to collimate the telescope. Seeing ~ 3".

- Kept trying collimation but with no good result.

09:25 Outside temp = -12.8, Mirror temp = -6.6 → ΔT = 6.2 C

- Collimation looks slightly better with a ~2" seeing.

09:32 Moving to CLJ1226.

10:20 Acquisition stopped because the mirror panicked.

- Still too much temperature difference (Outside = -13.0 C, Mirror = -7.8 → ΔT= 5.2 C)
