See Issue 692: The reason for the donuts is that the Total Collimation Z position in PSF has exceeded the limit of +2.6 mm, so the mirror is never getting to the focussed position.

The reason is that:
a) it is the warmest observing night I've seen at T=14 degC which moves the mirror up.
b) we are observing in SDT_Uspec so the filter offset is the largest positive one at 0.454 mm.
c) we are low in the sky at elevation 42 degrees, so the swing arm is flexing up.
