Restarting IRS on the IRS Server

Login to the irs server

ssh telescope@irs

then type

sudo systemctl stop lbto-irs
sudo systemctl start lbto-irs

This should be done if irs locks up, or if irs dies. Not to do it on power up, power down or any other time.
