Manually Power Cycling an AGW unit (@FBG)

This is a procedure for manually pulling the plug on an AGW at LFBG or RFBG. This power cycles both on-axis WFS (W) and off-axis WFS (w), and will require at least a GCS restart (Likely the OAC computer will need to be restarted, and AGW's stop/started).

  • Orient the rotator so that the plug is in a convenient location (as seen from the instrument side):
    • BOTTOM: LFBG = 161deg; RFBG = 30deg
    • TOP: LFBG = 341deg; RFBG = 210deg
    • LEFT: LFBG = 251deg; RFBG = 120deg
    • RIGHT: LFBG = 71deg; RFBG = 300deg
  • Locate the plug

  • Unlatch the plug by flipping the metal latch away from the AGW

  • Unplug the power plug and wait 30+seconds

  • Plug it back in, and relatch
