Frequently-Used Procedures for Mountain Operations

The list is sorted by instrument/element and includes:

  • Document OWNER (or delegate) is the one to release the equipment via email to telescopework@lbto.org.
  • # of staff required for the task.
  • Time on task (estimate).
  • Whether Procedure Check-off is required.
    If YES, the procedure must be signed off (step-by-step) either electronically or on hard-copy by the procedure lead.
    Email completed documents to telescopework@lbto.org, or leave hard copy on mountain manager's desk.

Notes:

  1. Some procedures have not been written to date. Those will remain as place holders on the table.
  2. VCAN column are links to the soft-client file location. You will need to login using the "squirrel" account. Contact John Hill for issues logging in.
