Complete sequence with all functional checks

1. Login on wfssx:

ssh -X AOeng@wfssx

2. Stop the old software

w_stop

3. Clean leftovers ts8 connections, if any

cd $ADOPT_SOURCE/scripts
./clean_ts8.py

4. Start W software

w_start

5. Check that AGW rotator is between 90 and 180 degrees, otherwise stage homing might not work

6. Start wfseng interface and power on the system

wfseng
click on "Wfs Arbitrator GUI" start
set Power on config: "WFS_complete (with ccd47)"
click on Operate

7. To prepare for night operation:

set cube stage position to -50 mm
turn off flowerpot power.
