Acquired empty slopes (close loop at gain 0) to perform analysis of the slopes noise. those slopes will be used to to improve the IntMat acquisition.
PROBLEMS.

acquiring different intmat using the Acquire intmat gui and looking the modes, it's seems that the frame counter is not working properly,
time lost: 1h.
the problem has been identified. the Acquire software didn't set up the right ccd39 freq. The intmat acquire gui has been changed and a new bottom is inserted. This new button is labeled as loop speed (Hz)

Si applica un pattern di 2 act su, si applicano le sn e poi si chiude il loop di 5 modi e si applica il pattern identico ma giu' e si acquisiscono le slopes.

BINNING TEST OF PUPILS

Running the CCD39 binning program,it has seen that the lat of 36 is just right to have a good binning.

ROTATION PUPIL. it has seen that the center has moved by 3 pixels with a rotation of the rerot. This has to be optimized.
PERFORMING CENTERING WITH THE REROTATOR.

Moving the stage in x or y and rotating the rerotator the center has to be found in a range of a displacement of about one pixel.
looking the test we couldn't determine a better performances, always we have about 3 pixels.
