PROBLEMS.

THE FLAT " " DOESN'T LOAD. THE SYSTEM KEEP RETRY THIS COMMAND, INSTEAD LOADING ANOTHER FLAT WORKS.

THE ARBITRATOR DOESN'T RESPOND AND THE SYSTEM CAN'T CLOSE THE LOOP. a problem with a config file of the arbitrator
it has seen that the arbitrator log was filling the hard disk and this cause that the aospare doens't work properly. the log
were moved to a backup and and removed. The secondary system was rebooted and the arbitrator.Time lost 4 hours.

Secondary fault. The secondary didn't come up, the secondary guys trying to recover the fault. This fault came up before to start to acquire the recs for the mirror standard and the K (test of two modal bases performances)

- Generate a disturb files with those amplitude files.
- Intmat generated for every Cmddisturb file.
- Taking 10 intmat.
- analyse the int mat and taking the recs. PLOT
- Amplitude optimized files saved. optimized.fits
