OPTICAL SET UP IRTC.

LOAD SHAPE the secondary stop during the load shape, the secondary shows a "dent" in the outer ring. After a load shape it looks like that it improve, but there is still a residual.
After a second load shape,the secondary went to failed. EXECUTING the command load shape. It was necessary to restart the process IDL.
Saved frames: /towerdata/adsec_data/20090727/dente.fits (10 frames).
Close the loop to improve the shape. The secondary went to Failure error:"adsec unprotected".

Changes in the analysis,acquire and analyse guis.Alfio improved.

changing the amplitude file for 650 modes and TT 8 L/D to work at different amplitudes with the amplitude of the sinusoidal files.
