Secondary up with problems. it is taking one hour to do the power on, teh secondary guys are working on it.

Test of REC matrix Acquires:
REC_20090625_155336. doens't work. Pupil dimension has to be cheked. uisng the camera lens we moved to -94.8 (y),-93.5 (x).Improve the performances of the close loop.

IMPORTANT TO HAVE A CHECK OF THE PUPIL POSITION WITH THE REC RUNNING BEFORE TO START ANY MEASURMENTS.

the file to run has the following structure:

params <bin> <freq> <mod Lambda/D> ..... settting parameter. the system does a dark.
autocenter .........commands autoicenter-autofocus.
intmat .........Acquire intmat 0, with freq,niterations,M2C used,CmdDisturb_20090714_150000
intmat_optimize <freq> <nmodes> <niterations> <M2C> <amplitude file original>.
