Failure start up WFS system. WFS first start up failure, some process didn't come up; ccd39 controller,slope computer,bayside X stage,pupil check.

Solution; power off all the systems, close the WFS GUI and stop the WFS arbitrator.

Pupils a little binietting, using the cube rot to have the right pupils dimension ......position: 0.1 relative

TEST OF REC MATRIX ACQUIRED FROM A SINUSOIDAL PROCEDURE.

Data saved in /home/labot/testw2/measurements/CalibTT/ <tracknum>

Analysis: analyse.pro in the same directory as the measurements.

Fiber: 5.8 um
Lamp: halogen
FW1: T=99.6%
Freq: 100hz - 1000hz step 100hz
Amp: 1V-8V step1V

Notes: good measurements except low amplitudes (1V-2V) at freq >600Hz
