the Z position is very off, likely due to a wrong position of the interferometer

Actuators configuration

the configuration produced in clean room was changes to allow on-sky operation

a copy of the clean room configuration is found in :

/local/aomeas/adsec_calib/configuration/672b/TS5/elec/20150513_174644/elec.txt

we copy the current elec.txt in elec_doug.txt

total number of actuator removed from position :2 14 32 373 511 541 same procedure for fastdiagn.param (old file moved into fastdiagn_doug.param)

same procedure for calibration data as the ff:

ff meas in lab by guido: 20150513_183121, copied in $ADOPT_SOURCE/calib/adsec/672b/data/

the old .fits files (doug?) copied into a new subfolder doug

we made adsc_stop

make install-conf

make install-calib

adsc_start

the we restarted the aos from tcs gui

system restarted

act #541 large jump in position. to be removed

bad approach, we restart

there is no reason to restore closed loop operation on the actuators that were disabled before refurbishment. the one that can be used as those whose magnets were glued.

!!during the refurbishment, no special activity was done on the faulty actuators.

so we will restore the previous configuration (elec and fastdiagn) and reinsert the actuator whose magnets were glued.

as we obseved that new actuators are jumping, we open the loop on them

this new configuration seems to work,

we set the shell thorugh the command line to avoid loading the flat (fsm_set_flat(/no_flat)). to do this we enabled lab mode (telescope at zenith) and stop-started adsecarb to have it aligned with current condition

we saved a default flat: 20150528_014800_no_flat.sav

the crate 0 has a larger force rms

check on recent fastdiagn log

we found a large number of jumped actuators. see file logfast1.txt in adopt_log

mostly when the shell was ripped. was such behaviour already observed?
