using modes calibrated yesterday tracknum used:['20110905_022901','20110905_023215','20110905_023554']

intmat=20110905_022901/flat_data_636modes.sav the flattening with 600 modes required 0.7 N max force. therefore was not applied. using 500 modes the peak force is 0.06. so a mode within 500 and 600 is maybe corrupted.

check also opd:20110605_back90_0.h5 and others: taken several minutes after the sklewinf was finished and showing astigmatism decreasing.

then fsm_rip: fsm_set_flat (last image before rip=20110605_back90_3.h5)

also flattening command (20110905_223135), the astigmatism is removed, then load_shape with the previous shape (default) and the astigm is back

then with shell ripped

at 60° shell set: 20110906_015356_60_3 stessa misura anche 20110906_015419_60_rip, to be associated to the "rip" series. the default flat is astigmatism free (see above for clarification, we when flattened the mirror and then loaded the default shape), so the series are compatible.

20110906_020227_30_rip the shell is ripped to compare the astigmatism

20110905_172732 is the flat astigmatism-free, while the default flat is 20110905_031922 !!! check the amount of astigmatism in the flattening command!
