the larger mask (20130826_mask-TS4-covering_mouse_hole_deformation.mask) was loaded to avoid extra forces in the central region)

Slewing Test: flattening and astig vs elevation

mask: mouse_hole loaded

data are saved in /towerdata/meas/adsec_calib/astig suffix = aux_drive

images are collected with get_img4d(basetime=60), this means that 20 images are averaged over a time span of approximately 60 sec

to partially align the hexapod, for an elevation movement of -5deg, we used the command: print, hexmoveby([0, 0, 0, 20, -2, 0])

this move the hexapod within capture range for hexalign()
