Fastlink?alignment test done with stop on error

The system stopped @ first step with a fiber timeout on write

(*) Analyzing with readings on DSPs, found a mismatch between the data written in crates 0-1 vs 2-3-4-5.

The problem can be in the link between crate 1 and crate 2 (bcu or fibers)

Reset of the system trying to find the MEM_COMPARE error.

The test that stops on error is not useful because it writes sequential number on the memory (not useful for mem comparing)

Tried to modify the test for writing more words: with 28*4L words the test continuosly running gives fibers timeout on writing and readng and we found stuck the crate 5 from board 2 (from 0) to end of crate.

The same write with the test that stops on error works well.

test reliability 90/100

on A unit failed 9/10

on B unit failed 0/7

With new swbcu: failed on crate3 board 0

idem crate 3 in poi

crate 2 fails while reading

test: power_off, power_on, fastlink_alignment: timeout write (7/10)

restored old switch bcu and set the shell, restoring crate watchdog on mirrorctrl
