Test procedura automatica

A bin1 abbiamo dei problemi perche' il loop di lente di camera a 10 modi converge in una posizione che e' poi leggermente sbagliata (x=0, y=-0.20 pix) per il loop a 500 modi, causando vari skip frame quando parte l'autogain. Soluzioni:

1) Provare un 400 modi che forse e' meno sensibile - provato, non funziona lo stesso
2) Lasciare il loop di lente di camera attivo per qualche secondo dopo la chiusura del 500 modi, a gain basso - rischioso perche' se e' troppo fuori va in skip frame subito

Passiamo a bin2 ma ci sono ancora problemi di lente di camera: in particolare, quando viene preso il dark e il gain viene azzerato, il loop di lente di camera viene confuso dal disturbo e sposta le pupille. Facciamo quindi le seguenti modifiche: 1) Il loop di lente di camera viene aperto prima dell'autogain e richiuso subito dopo 2) Il loop di lente di camera viene aperto prima di prendere il dark con l'irtc e richiuso subito dopo

Sequence:
  1. Turn off cameralens tracking
  2. Call sweep_gain_modal.py to optimize the gain
    1. sweep_gain_modal.py currently runs on wfssx and reads the slopecomputer masterdiagnostic, must be modified to run on adsecsx and read the AdSec diagnostic.
  3. Turn on cameralens tracking
Sequence:
  1. Turn off cameralens tracking
  2. Define a gain series to apply
    1. Apply gain
    2. Read N slopes from masterdiagnostic
    3. Repeat for all gain values
  3. Process slopes using sweep_gain_plot_modal.pro, get back the optimal gain
  4. Apply the optimal gain
  5. Repeat from point 2 to optimize TT and HO separately
  6. Turn on cameralens tracking
