SR ESPOSITO MODIFICATA

Implementato il FIX BACKGROUND (/FIX_BG per log_twiki)
qusto regola il background dell'immagine IRTC aggiungendo o sottraendo una costante in modo che lontano della psf il contributo al flusso sia nullo.

Tolta la procedura di riduzione di righe di Carmelo perche' a volte prduceva una buca intorno alla PSF (sopra e sotto) e rendeva impossibile la stima dello SR
