RUNAO was failing because on the AOS was set the "none" and not "FLAOWFS". Doug said is the same problem we had in the previous commissioning: simply the AOS was trying to set the Right WFS and not the left one. Doug from the AOS Gui set "FLAOWFS", setting in this way the proper WFS variable. ISSUE TRACK 3946 (Luca Fini)

04:18:58 Nothing happens, Armando is trying to do something.. Tranceiver?????Problem at BCU#4. The previous failure have been caused by this fault.

04:30:00 De-connecting and connecting again the different BCU, cross checking the ping functionality. The fibers we unplugged are on the ASM crate on the telescope

05:00:00 We decided to work on the secondary BCU

05:30:00 Test of of the fiber comunication: it is not the fiber.

06:00:00 Fastlink testing, the BCU internally is ok. The problem is on the side of the connections.

06:30:00 We checked in the 3U level shelves, no spare Left BCU, one right BCU is available.

07:00:00 We moved the hexapod in a position:

that allow to dismount the BCU from the ASM.

07:15:00 We tried to cut the power line to the ASM from the C-Ring Power Switches, but we definitly needed the notes on the procedure to do it

07:30:00 We are cutting the power to the ASM. Then we proceed to dismount the BCU and place the spare:

1. Remove the BCU from the ASM

2. Remove the cooling plate from the spare BCU

3. Remove the cooling plate from the faulty BCU

4. Exchange the plates

5. Burn the firmware of the BCU in order to match the LX side ethernet numbers

6. Install the new BCU.
