Unreal Telescope Clock (UTC)
Il telescopio ritarda: se si guarda la finestra del logging system del tcs e qualsiasi altra finestra (AOS compreso) ci si accorge che scorrono i log di qualche minuto fa.
Non sappiamo perche' ma questo sembra causare:
- Il mancato offload del tilt per svariate decine di secondi con conseguente apertura del loop o RIP
- La mancata ricezione della variabile della elevazione con conseguente RIP

E' stato cambiato il modo di stimare la magnitudine. Si stima la magnitudine durante il loop a 10 modi. Poi apre, mette il rec finale, chiude a 10modi, aspetta il centraggio della pupilla e lancia l'autogain.

Una differenza fra i 2 casi sta nel fatto che la AO202 e' una bin4 da catalogo, che viene misurata come bin3 e viene riconfigurato tutto, mentre la AO130 arriva a bin3 dal catalogo
