---++ Pupil and PSF wobble data

Camera lens wobble data, using the script "wobble.py" that moves the instrument rotator.
Preparation
  1. Close a 10-modes loop
  2. Slow down instrument rotator to 1deg/sec.
At each step:
  1. move the instrument rotator to target position
  2. wait until pupil centering is "on target"
  3. Print current camera lens position (CLx/y), as well as the current Hexapod position Rx,y (resulting from tip/tilt offloading)
The measurement is automatic, using the script "wobble.py"
