Binocular Control
Usage:
irc BinocularControl PARAMETER
where PARAMETER is one of SYNCPRESET, SYNCOFFSET, CANCELSYNCPRESET, CANCELSYNCOFFSET
This is an IIF command rather than a PCS command, but this seems like a good place to mention it.
Coordinate Directions
Making IE more positive moves the telescope to a lower elevation.
Making CA more positive moves the telescope to a larger azimuth.
