FPIA results for Z11 sequence

These are updated from FpiaCalibZ11 to include the median (-1), mean (-2), Zernikes from median combined parameters (-3) and sent Zernikes (-4). Also these tables include the background level that was subtracted from the image (a constant value which is the median of the 2-dimensional background fit) and they highlight the values of coma (Z7 and Z8) which were adopted, based on the parameter photest, a measure of the inner hole size. For most cases, the actual computed Z7 and Z8 are used, but for the very aberrated pupils photometric estimates may have been used. These are the last two columns of the tables.
