Restarting the IDL License Manager

Currently we have the IDL license manager, now running on the DNS-named server idl-license where you can ssh in as telescope. Periodically it gets in a strange state; the 'telescope' user can then run:

sudo /etc/init.d/sys5_idl_lmgrd restart

which should get things going again. Check the log file in /var/log/lmgrd.log for signs of trouble; sometimes the license manager won't start up again for a few minutes.
