Calibration of Z4: FPIA vs EF results

On 20091014, Marco obtained a set of extra and intra focal images for which various amounts of Z4 were introduced: Z4 = -2000, -1500, -500, 0, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000. For each, dofpia was run to focus and collimate, then some Z4 was manually introduced, and then extra and intra focal images were obtained (chip 2, 1000 rows), and finally this Z4 was removed and dofpia was again run to focus and collimate before the next value of Z4.

Results for FPIA and EF will be compared.

Unfortunately the OB for obtaining the intra-focal pupil image did not move the DX mirror to the intra-focal position, +0.8mm up, and instead was simply at the -0.8mm extra-focal position. So we do not have red extra/intra focal pairs, only blue ones.
