Z22 Calibration

We stepped through Z22, Z22 = {-400, +400, -100, +100, -300, +300, -200, +200}. At the beginning of the sequence, and between each step, we re-focused and re-collimated, and then obtained a pair of extra- and intra-focal images, with the primary -0.8 and +0.8mm from focus.

Note that for the Blue (SX) side, the Z22 zero point assumed by FPIA was incorrect. Hence a 'collimated' pupil had 170 nm too much Z22. This is apparent in the images - collimated extra-focal SX pupils have bright rings around the edges. The Blue Zero point is set in the file lbcfpia.cfg and was 2.3. A better value would be 1.5, but a change in BlueZ22Zero has consequences for 1/ the calculation of Z11 and 2/ for filter focus offsets. So at present the value is still set to 2.3.
