Comparison of FPIA and EF for big, ~100 pixel, pupils

FPIA is usually run for pupils that are 60 pixels in diameter. EF works best with larger pupils, with diameters ~100 pixels. To obtain the 60 pixel pupils, we move the mirror +0.8 mm above and below focus. To obtain 100 pixel pupils, we moved the mirror 1.3 mm above and below focus.

Below are results from FPIA, although note that FPIA is tuned to 60 pixel diameter pupils. The Z4 may be off as well as other coefficients.

For Red, note that for negative bending aberrations (Z11, Z22), some coma is apparent; this is not present for the positive aberrations of the same magnitude.
