      • ESM_V42.xml

    • Bin 1 Full AO - address issues related to recent failures of OSCO - 0.75hr
      • Stars will be selected from the AO Stars FULL DITHERS NEW folder
      • DONE Test will also address IT 8556
        • Will need to watch for a skipframe - when that occurs
          • Instructions from B. Mechtley
          • I have the test aoarbitrator in ~/soul/test.20220425.offsetxy-uninterruptible/aoarbitrator.py, so during open loop you can just stop the aoarbitrator from the system processes GUI and run that one from a terminal.

When you're done with it, you can just Ctrl-C that new aoarbitrator and restart the normal one from the system processes GUI. No need to adsc_stop/adsc_start.

        • Test Goals:
          • DONE A SkipFrame Alert (>85% skip frames) during an OffsetXY command produces the AOARB log line: "Interruption of uninterruptible command OffsetXY was ignored."
          • DONE SkipFrame Alerts during multiple offsets don't result in the star ending up in the wrong spot.
      • Select one star to run without the 8556 change, and then one to run with it (can be the same star)
        • RA14hr-15hr folder - Star 5 R=10.2 WFSmag=11.7 - BD +00 3109 - PA 180 G-type

Poor Weather Backup

  • If clear but poor seeing (>3" on the guiders/DIMM)
    • MODS spectrophotometric standard - all modes
      • use the OT Library or the scripts in ~modseng/modsScript/modsCalib to select a spectrophotometric standard
    • LUCI photometric standards - at least two diferent airmasses
      • /home/lbto/Service_Observing/2022A_D_E/PoorWeather/LUCI_Phot_Standards
      • Select stars based on visibility, need to get stars at two different airmasses
  • Clouds and/or poor seeing - if clear and poor seeing, could intersperse standards with observations below
    • Local Mergers - Rothberg - LUCI-Bino SL
      • OT: /home/lbto/Service_Observing/2022A_D_E/PoorWeather/Rothberg/LocalMergers/COBandhead_Mergers_V45.xml
