13 May 2015 UT MODS2 Commissioning

Completely overcast at sunset, and it looks like it might rain. Will complete running the modsCalib scripts in ~modseng/modsScripts/modsCalib.
I did some of these on 11 May 2015 UT. The table below gives the table and timestamp.

Ran imaging calibrations tonight and adjusted exposure times for imflats_mods2.cal. It looks like the VFLAT lamp is much bluer on MODS2. Tables of count levels are below. Settled on a set of lamp levels and exposure times for ugriz for MODS2 and copied final script to ~lbto/MODS2Comm/modsCalib_Workspace/ as imflats_mods.cal. Naively copied same lamp/exptime settings for red only and blue only modes, and tested them (results in table). These (imflats_r_mods2.cal and imflats_b_mods2.cal) are also in ~lbto/MODS2Comm/modsCalib_Workspace.

(note done yet... Based on the fact that the lamp/exptime settings used for dual mode work pretty well for red/blue-only modes, I will edit imflats_b.cal and imflats_r.cal for MODS1, as these still have old settings for MODS1 and do not correspond to the recently edited (Nov 2014) imflats.cal.)

• Earlier tonight, I took dual-imaging mode flats at r-sdss and got 23000 cnts (2-6, 17-21) but then I took one at red-only and got 15000 cnts (32 and 34). dual is 33 and also about 15000 cnts only.
