MODS2 AGw Commissioning

01:15 David set IE and CA, preset to ACT0325. Collimated in ~ 5 iterations

01:30 Note that the pupil offset rotation is not being applies. Should be 20 degrees for MODS2

02:30 Determined that the calculation of degrees to radians in GCS is incorrect. Currently the line in WFSingThread.cpp is:

        double pupil_rot_offset_rad = _pupil_rotoffset * 180.0 / M_PIl; // 5401 WFS_pupil_rotoffset

It should be:

        double pupil_rot_offset_rad = _pupil_rotoffset * M_PIl / 180.0; // 5401 WFS_pupil_rotoffset

To correct for this I put, in MODS_R.cfg, for WFS_pupil_rotoffset = -20.2*Pi*Pi/180.0/180.0 so

WFS_pupil_rotoffset      0.0061532721  double

GCS now does the correct pupil rotation calculation. I will update IT#5401

01:45 03:15 Seeing varying from 2.0 -> 3.5" on the dim and 1.2->2.0 on the GCS FWHM. OK for some parameter determinations for MODS2 AGw.

03:15 Start determination of best guider hotspot position to have 0,0 x,y average offsets of SH spot positions

04:38 Installed measured Gregorian Zernike Crosstalk values in to /lbt/tcs/2014D/psf/etc/psf.conf from the 2014C version of psf.conf
