First half was TCS testing of Build 2013C. Lots of closed-dome testing, but never opened due to rain, clouds, humidity.

            Measured bi-nodal astigmatism

             From 45 Astigmatism Measurement
                 On-Sky Arcseconds
         Tip =  37.7", Delta IE = -37.7"
        Tilt = 127.4", Delta CA = -127.4"

             From 0 Astigmatism Measurement
                 On-Sky Arcseconds
         Tip =  30.6", Delta IE = -30.6"
        Tilt = 122.8", Delta CA = 122.8"

 I would suggest moving only 100" in Tilt/CA and
collect another small set (10 or so stars) and then we
can make another correction.  Then a proper set
(20ish stars) would be good.

 I turned off high order corrections in LUCI_IRTC_R.cfg
by setting WFS_high_factor to 0.0

 I set the IRTC flat to, what I think is, the correct flat
