Summary
Looks like single modes Z4-Z22 applied to the AdSec thin shell are seen as single modes by Active Optics (unlike modes applied to primary). If increase Z11 bending modes from 12 to 20 we do not get Z11 to Z22 crosstalk. Still see Z11 to Z4 crosstalk. If increase Z22 bending modes from 27 to 40 we still see Z22 to Z11 crosstalk and still see Z22 to Z4 crosstalk. Increase in Z12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19 bending modes does not have any affect on crosstalk...still there.Details

07:30 These commands work. Tried Z19 (request[18]=0.5e-6) and Active Optics saw 390 nm of Z19. Will collect full data set.
07:45 Modify zernike_collect routines to pop up message rather than send zernikes
08:00 David preset to AO866 on-axis. Run test with new routines
08:30 David preset to AO866 on-axis. Offset 0, 70 to get pupil centered on lenslet (ie subap 7,7 has nearly 0 flux)

08:50 Restart data collection because sent incorrect Z4. Remove all previous files
09:20 Stopped after Z7 and restarted with LIMIT=400 because having trouble collimating to below 300.
09:40 Added 1000 nm of Z11 when wanted to clear all modes from AdSec. Started at wfsc 94 to 96(?). Stopped, set all modes to 0 on Adsec and restarted with START=11

Increase Bending Modes
10:48 Preset to AO680, 70 el in NE 10:50 David fix pointing 10:55 preset AO680 11:00 Z11: default is 12 bending modes. Set to 27 and collect zernike_gain with START=11. /home/dlmiller/data/20130427/z11_27_1000 11:02 Stop, remove all files, iif_offset, 0, 70 (to center pupil), collect data. Looks like 1000 nm Z11 = 2500nm Z4 and 0 nm Z22
