Summary

A fast-moving winter storm is passing over the mountain tonight. This afternoon it was very windy, with gusts as high as 35m/s, and humidity steadily rose late afternoon to 100% at sunset. The building started icing up around 0500UTC.

Night is a total loss to weather.
