Summary

Close dome calibrations using the retroreflector.

The awake up of the left system. OK.

Power on the W#1 Ok. Checking the temperature trend of the BCU47.

Performance run for the BIN3 and BIN 4 following the aceptance report. The results for the bin 3 and 4 show that the performances are in the goal specification.

First test of the sintetic interation matrix at BIN1 using different number of modes.

Hand -over at 1pm.

Lamp intensity reduced to get a Mag13.4. It is observed a noise pattern in the CCD39, swiching off the ADC this noise disaper.

Those results has to be investigated, probably the disturbance wasn't the right one.

IRTC dark is taken and a new set of Optimize gain is done. The track numbers recorded are: It was notice that the elab restore the track_numnber using the flag of the cube position to determine if its onsky or offsky. The track number with the ONSKY was due that the cube stage was power off (eleftrical noise issue).

*NOTE: SR(J)=1.3-2.2% scale to SR(H)=15-19%, the results shows a better performance than the AO#1.( commissioning report, Fig 36, baseline 5% and goal 15% ) This high performance can be overstimated by Mareshal???*

At this point of flux we can't perform high magnitudes. The fainter points have to be done onsky.

Sintetic Interation Matrix

It was build different Interactions matrix for the Bin using different number of modes. The test is done running the system with each interaction matrix at high flux and check at what poitn becomes instable. It was seen that the higher number of modes 500 and 600 gave problem of stability, the system in this case is very very sensible to eg; translation of the pupils of rotations of the re-rotator. This requires more time to test.
