W-Unit Troubleshooting procedures
Error Communicating to TS8dx (on SX) or TS839dx (on DX) on Power Up
- See IssueTrak # 4919
- Solution is to unplug 110 V power cord from the AGw for 10 seconds and replug
- Test for next time this communication error occurs:
- Reboot main terminal server:
- SX
- login to wfssx
- % konqueror (web browser)
- => http://192.168.12.131 or http://ts8dx
- root
- adopt
- Admin
- reboot
- DX
- login to wfsdx
- % konqueror (web browser)
- => http://192.168.10.131 or http://ts839dx
- root
- dbps
- reboot
- SX
- Reboot main terminal server:
