Startup the software

adsc_start

Enable laboratory mode

enable_lab_mode

Open master GUI:

adsceng   

Open sys_process and adsec arbitrator GUI.

Kill AO Arbitrator

Trough the engineering GUI add a value to Z2. Apply step of 5 um. usually the span is around + - 25 um (minimum gap 40um)

Save the shape

Remove the last 5 micron delta command and save another shape

Repeat for z3
