Summary

Dome closed because of high winds. Lost the twilight. Worked with the simulated star configuration - sending iif presets and debugging the AO software.

Durning closed dome, the Arcetri guys found that some parameters in the AO side are different between operations commanded from the WFS Arbitrator (manual commands from the WFS Engineering GUI) and the AO Arbitrator (automatic commands from the IIF requests). Apparently there are reasons for these differences and they are trying to understand why one set works and the other does sometimes not work. They may have found some appropriate parameters for the AO Arbitrator version to work (ie IIF requests), but we were only able to make a couple of closed loop request from the IIF last night when we opened (for two hours).
