DX Flat and Actuator Tests

16:33 Prepared old flat to try the same trick as SX
  • Old flat has position values for more actuators.
  • There is an error in the fsm_load_shape() routine that set the delta position for an actuator that is not in the flat.sav file 0. This can put a large force on that actuator when the actuators around it have some quite different position. This old flat may be bad, but at least the forces on the shell should be low. If the flat is good enough to close the loop (10 modes first then 400)
  • Old flat was the one used when the KL_v16 Reconstructors were measured in Sept. 2013
  • On old machine adsecdx the flat file was
    • /local/measures/adsec_calib/flat/20130917_231722/20130917_400modes_take2.sav
  • On new machine dxadsec the flat file is
    • /local/aomeas/adsec_calib/flat/20130917_231722/20130917_400modes_take2.sav
  • Linked this flat file to
