Focus Change

=> can make large movements in focus (2-3 mm) => then loop at peak on LUCI readout (1500 - 3000 counts)

Move PSF to area with no bad pixels

When find best focus with ARGOS source, this should be the same focus at on-sky. Will check on-sky. ARGOS source is better to determine focus than on-sky because no turbulence.

uncomment mode you want to scan

mode[4] = [ -60, 80, 20 ] will do -60 to 60 (not 80 because python counting)

Can set non-scan modes to value

restart[9] = -10

  • Make sure LUCI display in not in Endless mode
  • Set save type to CUBE

Need LUCI dark
  • WFS Control GUI - collect PICSES image.
  • collect the same number of darks as collection for NCPA measurements
