We have a spot on the CCD47=10px of diameter (BIN16) with z stage @ 15mm (or 55mm). The best focus is at 35mm. Moving the z stage to 0mm we have 17px spot = 2".

In this configuration we measure a FlatField to assess the channels quantum efficiency: [100; 83; 23; 96]

Then we try to move the stages by 0.2mm:

We measure again the quantum efficiency and we get: [93; 36; 37; 100]

We consider the first QE measurement and we try to measure the aperture wheel POS1 field stop:
